1. Delivery Policy

 

1.1 Our policy is to try to despatch all orders within 2 business days and delivery time is normally 2-3 business days within the Estonia. However this shall be considered as indicative timeframe as there might be subject to delays with the courier.

 

1.2 We use domestic courier  for all Estonian orders. We post with Itella Smartpost, Omniva or Dpd.

 

1.3 For international deliveries we work with different shipment companies. There is no guarantee of delivery time for international delivers.

 

1.4 If you order goods from the website for delivery to one of the International Delivery Destinations, your order may be subject to import duties and taxes which are applied when the delivery reaches that destination. Please note that we have no control over these charges and we cannot predict their amount. You will be responsible for payment of any such import duties and taxes. Please contact your local customs office for further information before placing your order.

 

1.5 We will deliver all products comprised in your order in one delivery. We will deliver directly to the delivery address specified in your order. For domestic delivery we use mobile phone numbers and home address for nearest pick up station.

2. Cancellation, Returns and Refund Policy 

 

2.1 Once an order has been processed we are unable to cancel it (or any part of it). We cannot stop an order once you have “Checked Out”.

 

2.2 If any product you purchase is damaged, faulty or incorrect, when delivered to you we may offer an exchange or refund as appropriate, in accordance with your legal rights. If you believe a product is faulty, you should return the product to us in accordance with the returns procedure. You have to inform and contact us within 7 days from the day the delivered order. If you have any questions regarding returns, please contact us.

 

3. Money Back Guarantee Policy 

 

3.1 If you, against all odds, would be un happy with any of our products that has been ordered from www.lashesbyasiilanna.com, we would like you to contact us and find a solution. However we recommend you to use Asiilanna products for at least 4-10 weeks to accomplish a good result. Everyones journey is different - some see results faster, in some cases it takes longer. Be patient and results will follow. If you are not happy with any of our products please email us with your order number to info@asiilanna.com.
