1. Delivery Policy

 

1.1 Authentic Lashes by Asiilanna products are shipped directly from Estonia, fulfilled by Nordics Fulfillment OÜ.

​1.2 Shipping Schedule: Orders are processed and shipped from Monday to Friday.

​

​1.3 Estonia: All orders are shipped to the parcel locker nearest to your provided address. Please note that manual locker place selection is currently unavailable, our system automatically selects the most nearest location for you. We post with Itella, Omniva or Dpd. Shipping time 2-3 working days.

​European Union & Outside European Union: Orders will be delivered to your nearest parcel locker, pickup point, or local post office. For international deliveries we work with different shipment companies, such as Dpd, Venipost. There is no specific guarantee of delivery time for international delivers.

1.4 Please be aware that orders shipped outside the EU may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are the responsibility of the customer.

1.4 We will deliver all products comprised in your order in one delivery. We use mobile phone numbers, e-mail, and home address for nearest pick up station.

2. Cancellation, Returns and Refund Policy 

 

2.1 Once an order has been processed we are unable to cancel it (or any part of it). We cannot stop an order once you have “Checked Out”.

 

2.2 If any product you purchase is damaged, faulty or incorrect, when delivered to you we may offer an exchange or refund as appropriate, in accordance with your legal rights. If you believe a product is faulty, you should return the product to us in accordance with the returns procedure. You have to inform and contact us within 7 days from the day the delivered order. If you have any questions regarding returns, please contact us.

 

3. Money Back Guarantee Policy 

 

3.1 If you, against all odds, would be unhappy with any of our products that has been ordered from www.lashesbyasiilanna.com, we would like you to contact us and find a solution. However we recommend you to use Asiilanna products for at least 4-10 weeks to accomplish a good result. Everyones journey is different - some see results faster, in some cases it takes longer. Be patient and results will follow. If you are not happy with any of our products please email us with your order number to info@asiilanna.com.
