Clean your eyes and, if needed, your eyebrows to prevent bacteria from entering the serum.
Do not share the serum with others to maintain hygiene.

Application
Our bioactive serum is highly concentrated. To achieve beautiful results while keeping your eyes comfortable, please follow these essential steps:
Apply only once a day. Because the formula is powerful, more frequent use will not speed up results and may cause sensitivity.
Apply a single, thin stroke along the upper lash line (like eyeliner) on a clean, dry face.
We recommend applying 1-2 hours before sleep time. This prevents the serum from migrating into your eyes during sleep.
Nutrients are absorbed through the skin, so coating the lashes is optional. If you do, use a very small amount, do not overdo it.
During the first week, apply every other day to allow your skin to adapt to the bioactive ingredients.
Do not touch the applicator tip to any surface to maintain the purity of the serum.
Safety tips
Avoid direct contact with eyes. If eye contact occurs, rinse thoroughly with water.
Mild redness during the first days is normal, it means the vitamins and nutrients are working.
If redness or irritation persists, discontinue use.
Do not use on scratched or damaged eyelids. Consult an eye doctor if needed.
Don't use it if you are undergoing cancer chemotherapy.
If you are being treated for an eye condition or have had recent eye surgery, use under the supervision of your doctor.

Pregnancy and breastfeeding
Serum is designed for sensitive eyes. However, as we have not specifically tested the product on pregnant women, please consult your doctor before use if you are pregnant or breastfeeding. You can use mascara with pregnancy & breastfeeding.
We recommend:
– applying the serum during the day instead of at night,
– avoiding use on irritated skin,
– doing a patch test.
Patience is key
Visible results may appear 2-3 weeks with once-daily use. Maximum results after 4-8 weeks.
Growth may be gradual or sudden depending on your natural lash cycle.
Removing your mascara is quick and easy, no harsh makeup removers needed!
Use warm water. Rinse your eyes 4–5 times. Gently tap your lashes with your fingers; the warmth helps loosen the mascara.
Soften the mascara. Add more warm water to your lashes until the mascara feels soft. Then, gently remove (slide off) it with your fingers. The process usually takes about 1 minute.
Optional cold water rinse. You can also use cold water, but removal will take slightly longer.
Check for remaining mascara. If the mascara feels sticky or stretchy, it’s not fully loosened, add more water and repeat until it comes off easily.
Avoid cotton pads. Do not rub lashes with a cotton pad, as this can damage them and create micro-wounds on eyelid.
Usage Guide & Skin Sensitivity
Our formula is powerful and bioactive. Because it contains potent ingredients like Bioactive Coral Extract and Indigofera Tinctoria, some users may experience temporary skin changes. These are normal biological responses and usually subside once the skin adjusts or use is discontinued.
Mild Redness & Sensation
A slight pinkish tint or a mild tingling sensation during the first few days is common as the bioactive nutrients activate the area.
For sensitive eyes: Start by applying the serum every other day during the first week.
Pro Tip: Apply only in the morning to prevent the product from migrating into your eyes while you sleep.
Temporary Skin Darkening
In some cases, the bioactive ingredients and trace amounts of alcohol (used to stabilise & maximise the extracts) may cause a slight, temporary darkening of the skin at the lash line. This is a common effect of high-performance serums and typically fades after you stop using the product.
If Irritation Occurs
If redness becomes uncomfortable or persistent:
Take a break: Stop using the serum for 1–2 weeks.
Restart slowly: Resume every other day and monitor your skin.
Daytime use: If your eyes water at night, switch to morning application only.
Possible Triggers for Sensitivity
External factors can sometimes make your eyelids more reactive:
Simultaneous use of certain medications.
Environmental changes (pollen, dust, extreme cold or heat).
Mechanical irritation from removing mascara with cotton pads (micro-scars on the eyelid).
Internal factors like stress, hormonal shifts, or lack of sleep.
If irritation persists beyond a 2-week break, the plant-based ingredients may not be compatible with your skin at this time. Please discontinue use.
