1.1 We do not store credit card details nor do we share customer details with any 3rd Parties.
2. Delivery Policy
2.1 Our policy is to try to despatch all orders within 3 business days and delivery time is normally 1-3 business days within the Estonia. However this shall be considered as indicative timeframe as there might be subject to delays with the courier.
2.2 We use domestic courier for all Estonian orders. We can post with SmartPost or Omniva, when customer contacts us via messenger or email.
2.3 For international deliveries we work with different shipment companies. There is no guarantee of delivery time for international delivers.
2.4 If you order goods from the Website for delivery to one of the International Delivery Destinations, your order may be subject to import duties and taxes which are applied when the delivery reaches that destination. Please note that we have no control over these charges and we cannot predict their amount. You will be responsible for payment of any such import duties and taxes. 2.5 We will deliver all Products comprised in your order in one delivery. We will deliver directly to the delivery address specified in your order, and for domestic delivery we use mobile phone numbers for SmartPost. We cannot deliver items within the same order to multiple addresses. We are not responsible for any additional carrying or positioning of products ordered.
3. Price Policy
3.1 Prices are liable to change at any time, but changes will not affect orders in respect of which we have already sent you a Dispatch Confirmation.
4. Payment Policy
4.1 On Asiilanna.com you can pay with your PayPal account or with Credit/ Debit Card. All payments are securely processed through PayPal.
4.2 We accept payments in following currencies: EURO.
4.3 We cannot complete your order until you have paid for it in full. Payment can be made by most major credit or debit cards.
4.4 All credit/debit card holders may be subject to validation checks and authorisation by the card issuer. If the issuer of your card refuses to authorise payment we will not accept your order and we will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery and we are not obliged to inform you of the reason for the refusal.

5. Cancellation, Returns and Refund Policy
5.1 Once an order has been processed we are unable to cancel it (or any part of it). We cannot stop an order once you have “Checked Out”.
5.2 If any Product you purchase is damaged, faulty or incorrect, when delivered to you we may offer an exchange or refund as appropriate, in accordance with your legal rights. If you believe a Product is faulty, you should return the Product to us in accordance with the returns procedure. You have to inform and contact us within 7 days from the day the delivered order. If you have any questions regarding returns, please contact us.
5.3 Our policy on cancellations, returns and refunds does not affect your statutory legal rights.
6. Money Back Guarantee Policy

If you, against all odds, would be un happy with any of our Products that has been ordered from Asiilanna.com, we offer to give you the money back. However we recommend you to use Asiilanna Products for at least 3-5 weeks to accomplish a good result. If you are not happy with any of our products please email us with your order number to email@example.com. Please contact us in advance and we will provide you the address where you should return to.
6.2 All such Products should be returned within 7 days after the Products have been delivered to you. Items must be unused, undamaged and in original packaging with all the original labels, ensure that all articles in the package are intact! If not, the buyer is responsible for all incurred fees and no refund will be issued.
6.3 Buyer is responsible for return shipping cost.
6.4 Items that do not meet these criteria will not be considered for return.
7. Force Majure
7.1.We shall be under no liability to you in respect of anything that, if not for this provision, would or might constitute a breach of these Terms, where this arises out of circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to:
